By purchasing this Commercial License, you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Mama Made Graphics reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time without notice. By purchasing this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Mama Made Graphics.
You may not claim the design as your own. You may not resell the design as-is, or offer it for download to any outside source, whether for free or for payment.
All designs are sold as assets in creating art, and not as final products.

The commercial license comes with the below terms:
- This Commercial License applied to every design in my shop, for 1 year.
- If you'd like to continue selling my designs after the year is up, please repurchase the Commercial License.
- You may create items for sale, up to UNLIMITED sales.
- You may sell items without providing credit to Mama Made Graphics.
- You may sell items, as long as the Design is not offered for download as-is.
FOR EXAMPLE, you may create fabric, etc with the Design and offer it for sale. You may not resell the Design as clipart, even if edited.

A “Design” is a Digital Seamless Pattern in a single listing.
WHAT IS A “SALE?”
A “Sale” applies to an entire Design. Each yard of fabric or transfer you sell counts as it’s own sale. If someone purchases 5 yards, that is 5 sales.
**The use of any discounts to purchase a license will make that license invalid.**
