How will I receive my purchase?

Premades are instant downloads. You will be able to download the graphics after you complete your purchase. Customs will be emailed to you. Sublimation Transfers will be mailed to you.

 

I purchased the wrong pattern. Can I return or exchange it?

I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

 

I forgot to put a coupon code in, can you refund me the difference?

Coupon codes will only be honored at the time of purchase, I cannot refund the difference.

 

How much will my custom cost?

Resold customs start at $10. Exclusive customs start at $20. We will first discuss your design idea and then I will provide you with a price based on the time required to make your design.

 

What is the turn around time on customs?

Current TAT for customs is 7-10 business days. It may be possible to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send me a message as soon and possible and I will let you know if I have space available in my schedule for a rush order.

 

What is the turn around time for my package to be mailed out?

Please check our announcement at the top of the page. Turn around time will always be listed and updated there.
